KnightStar Accounts Explorer 3.1

Organize and manage financial information in an easy-to-view hierarchical display of user-defined category and account names. Designed for tracking standard transactions dealing with amounts being either added to, or subtracted from, an account balance. Stores and displays: Transaction Date, Reference ID, Description, Transaction Amount (+/-), Account Balance, as well as any additional Notes for each transaction. Automatically calculates running account balance. Supports date entry and display in either MDY or DMY formats. Account transaction entries are displayed by simply selecting the name of the account in the hierarchical view. Account balances for all accounts in a category are displayed by selecting the name of the category. And all category balances are displayed by selecting the top level node. Drag-n-drop operations are supported for moving accounts to other categories, or moving account transaction entries to other accounts. Full search capability is provided to find information in any transaction entry. All display views - account transactions, account totals by category, and category totals - can be saved as html files for viewing and printing from any web browser. User preferences include: selecting the font style and font size for each window, date format and separator style, and the choice of displaying grid lines in the transaction list window. All window sizes and column widths are adjustable. All settings and preferences are automatically saved and used each time the program is run.
