Organize and manage tasks, step-by-step instructions, and to-do-lists in an easy-to-view hierarchical display of user-defined category and project names. Designed for both one-use type lists or repetitive-use type lists. Where the same task list needs to be used again on project after project, capability is provided to create new projects by copying the tasks of another project. Stores and displays: Task Descriptions and Task Notes (displayed in a separate text editing window). Calculates and displays task completion percentages. A simple click of the mouse on the task checkbox turns on/off the completion status. Create priority type lists, or step-by-step type lists, by easily moving task descriptions up or down the list as needed. Tasks are displayed by simply selecting the name of the project in the hierarchical view. Task completion percentages for all projects in a category are displayed by selecting the name of the category. And all task completion percentages for every category are displayed by selecting the top level node. Click here for example screen displays. Drag-n-drop operations are supported for moving projects to other categories, or tasks to other projects. Full search capability is provided to find information in any task description or note. All display views - task lists, project completion percentages, and category completion percentages - can be saved as html files for viewing and printing from any web browser. User preferences include: selecting the font style and font size for each window and the note editor, and the choice of displaying grid lines in the task description window. All window sizes and column widths are adjustable. All settings and preferences are automatically saved and used each time the program is run.
