KVS 4.1.0

The KVS school administration system was developed especially for schools that do not fit the standard model. KVS specifically addresses the following special needs:
Planning support for course types, individual courses, semesters, teacher vacations, cancellations, exceptions and more.
Administration of all important school data, including attendance records, credits, teacher salaries and many other aspects of daily business
Automatic booking of financial transactions in the accounts, as long as the bookkeeping software is supported by KVS.
Fully multilingual. The system can generate correspondence in a variety of languages, and the system itself provides a multilingual interface.
A rich selection of reports that offer insight into the schools status and success.
Multiple privilege levels, to protect sensitive data.
A special teacher-mode, where teachers can directly enter course attendance records, print out reports about the classes they teach, and so forth.

The daily plan
The daily plan shows all of the activities of your school for one day at a glance. You can see when and where each course takes place. The color tells you the subject of each course, and unusual events are highlighted with colored frames.

Clicking on an event brings up detailed information about that particular course meeting. You can change the teacher, room or time for the meeting, or cancel it entirely.

In addition, two buttons at the top (not shown here) highlight planning conflicts and events that have too few participants. With this information, you can solve potential problems ahead of time.

The daily plan is just one example of the visual, interactive way that KVS presents information to you.

Reporting
KVS provides you with a range of standard reports for courses, students, companies, and the like. One of these reports is the "class card", which gives an overview of the past and future activities of a course.
