Landlord 5 5.05.10 is a landlord software  developed for landlords to manage their own properties.

In addition to it being feature-packed property management software Landlord 5 is fully-integrated accounting software which means that you don't need to export your data to other accounting software, such as Sage, to finish off your bookkeeping, because all the functions you need are contained within Landlord 5. In addition to its accounting software features Landlord 5 includes a host of property management features and enables you to keep full details of your properties and tenants. 

Each property will have rent and tenancy records created for it. For example, a tenancy record will hold details of the type of tenancy, its duration and the tenant (single or multiple). Each rent and tenancy record covers a period of time so the system maintains a history of previous rent rates and tenants that have occupied the property. Rents may be based on any period such as weekly, calendar-monthly, quarterly, or you can define your own.
