landlordPLUS 6.4.5 is designed to manage rental properties ie: Houses, Factories, Condominiums etc. Recommended for use by Property Owners, Landlords or Managers. Handles up to 9 separate companies with up to 600 properties and Tenants each. Saves information on each Property and Tenant which is entered into the Database. At the end of each billing period, the bills (invoices) are calculated ready for printing. Multiple Reports can be produced. Handles State and Federal taxes. Displays Property photos. Handles one off and regular charges. Maintains a History activity file for each property.

1. "Regular" and "One Time" Charges for each Property.
2. Global or Individual messages may be printed on Bills.
3. Notes can be recorded to remind you of upcoming events.
