Lease Calc Pro 2.1

Lease Calc Pro 2.1 is a tool designed to calculate leases for the casual vehicle lessee, or by fleet representatives as a front-end to a leasing system.

Lease Calc Pro can be used by the novice lease buyer or by a leasing professional. It collects information on: lease calculation fields, name, address, insurance, and vehicle; produces reports for amortization, and depreciation. Data files are saved in a format that can easily be imported into the ALMSys Lease Management software.

Note to ALMSys Users: Lease Calc Pro is designed to create a revised version of the ALMSys® Deal File (.adf). You must have ALMSys® version 5.0 (or above) in order to properly import these files into ALMSys®.

Software Interface. Leasing software authors who are interested in importing information from this system into their own software may contact ALMSys, Inc. for a guide to the data file layout.

Obtaining this guide requires an annual fee to be paid. This fee will provide:

• guide revisions (as they occur throughout the year).
• access to ALMSys Inc.'s software development team. We will listen to your needs and make the program enhancements which we feel are warranted.
• a complimentary copy of the Lease calc Pro software.

Major Features:

1. Calculates for missing values (calculation solver).
2. Calculates standard and spreadsheet (loan) type leases.
3. Allows data to be saved and retrieved in as many different files as desired.
4. Prints amortization schedules, payment schedules, depreciation schedules, and customer quotes.
5. Option to calculate by money factor.
6. Option to calculate end value as a percentage of capitalized cost (residual %).
7. Allows zero percent interest rates.
8. Calculates monthly taxes, broken down to tax entity. Taxes may be accumulative (U.S.) or calculated separately (GST/PST - Canada). (Also knows how to calculate GST with trade-in liens.)
9. Stores information for names, addresses, vehicle, insurance, trade in, and depreciation.
10. Saved files can be automatically imported into ALMSys® (version 5.0 and above) in order to track the lease.
11. Report headings may be customized using the built-in RTF editor.
