Electronically notify your service staff of waiting customers. Lobby Manager is a queue management system designed for all types of customer service lobby areas. When a customer is need of assistance, the lobby receptionist enters the customer name, selects the type of service needed, and the service queue. The service request is then visible, along with the other pending entries, in the service agent queue. When a service agent takes a request, all other agent queues are updated. The receptionist status monitor is also updated to show that the agent is engaged with a customer transaction. Lobby Manager comes with a suite of products including LM Teller and LM Dashboard. Non-service staff can use LM Teller to create service request entries. LM Dashboard, a management tool, provides real-time stats regarding the current lobby traffic and available staff.
