MARS is an application for Windows that saves time and money by making it easy to define single or packages of Access reports, schedule and run them automatically, and send the reports to print, fax, disk, ftp or email in a number of standard formats.
Simply set up a schedule stating how often you would like each report to run, whether youd like the output in Word, Excel, HTML, RTF, Acrobat, text format, and more and who it should be sent to.
Use standard frequencies like Daily, weekly, monthly or set up your own custom frequencies e.g. 4-4-3, every other day, third Monday of the month.
MARS define reports , schedules and is able to run them. Save time and money.

Main features:
- Schedule reports to run at a specific date and time or Hourly, Daily, Week Days, Weekly or Monthly. Or set up your own custom frequency calendars.
- Export Access reports to many file formats including Microsoft Word, Rich Text (RTF), Excel (XLS), HTML, PDF, Text, CSV, DOC and lots more
- Email your Access report (CC and BCC too!) using SMTP, Outlook, Exchange, MAPI or MARSMail.
- Print your Access report.
- Schedule your report to print to multiple printers (Bulk Printing)
- Send your Access report to a local or network folder or directory.
- Transfer your Access report to an FTP folder or destination.
- Fax your Access report.
- Run custom actions before your Access report is exported.
- Run custom actions after the report export has completed.
- The same report can be scheduled to be run multiple times with different parameters, formats, frequency and destinations.
- "Package Schedules" feature allows you to select a number of different reports to be selected to create a "package". The package is then sent in a single e-mail, or output into a single defined folder.
- Event Based Scheduling. Why limit yourself to Daily, Weekly, Monthly etcHave your report fired off when an event occurs e.g. a file is modified, a database record is created and more.

Version restrictions:
- 30 days trial

Enhancements:
- Removed some irrelevant menu items from MARS.
- On some systems the error log does not show any entries.
- Custom action deletions are not being committed
- You may wrongly get a prompt requiring you to upgrade to a higher edition even though your edition should have the required feature already included.
