Medlin MICR Check Printing is an add on module for Medlins Payroll Software and Medlins Accounts Payable Software.

MICR stands for Magnetic Ink Character Recognition. MICR can also refer to the special font used to print the numbers and symbols at the bottom of a check. The "MICR Line" at the bottom of a check allows your bank account information by machine.

If you have a laser printer with good quality toner, it is very likely you can print your checks without special toner. Blank check stock is significantly cheaper than preprinted checks.

If you change banks, move, or you need to change the information on your checks, you wont have to order new forms. If you are a payroll service (prepare payroll for multiple clients) you would not need separate checks for each client!
