mySOFT Accounting System Lite Edition 2.11.030

mySOFT-Intl.com offer a lite editon accounting software package which is contains all commonly use feature. This is suitable for very very small company which do not have accounting department but have a little accounting knowledge.

There are some features are disable. Only basic features is available such as inventory, purchasing, sales, cash/bank dan general ledger.

For starting using this lite edition is very easy as 1-2-3, just download our product from download page, install and register. All you need is that you already have installed mySQL version 5.xx. We do not include mySQL in our software package
Product Features
General Ledger
Code of Chart Account is up to 20 digits and no number range ( ie. 1000-1100 is for cash account, 1200-1300 is for bank account). There is no range and you can start with your existing account number.
All transactions is auto posted to accounting. No need to re-entri journal transaction.
Account balance is up-to-date as you save your transaction. No other process is needed to update your account balance. All is automatically controlled by mySOFT Accounting System.
mySOFT Accounting System including all standard report such as Ledger report, trial balance report, worksheet, Profit/Loss Report, Balance Sheet, etc.
Closing periode is easy as 1-2-3.
Cash/Bank/Cheques
Cash/Bank/Cheque book in controlled separetly from General Ledger Module. But is integrated to General Ledger. All transactions recorded with Cash/Bank/Cheque module is auto posted to General Ledger
Able to print transaction voucher such as cash voucher.
Payment or Receiving for A/R, A/P, Expenses, Avenue.
Transfer fund between cash dan bank
Bank reconciliation on multiple banks account
