myWordCount 1.03

myWordCount 1.03 is a powerful tool which helps writers count all words and phrases in their MS Word document. Each occurence of the word or phrase is counted and displayed in a sortable table. You can simply click on a word and the tool will highlight all occurences of that word or phrase in the document.

It also graphs all sentence lengths to identify and find those long sentences. A graph will show each sentence according to length and will color-code sentences that are similar in length to the preceding sentence. All lists and graphs can be sorted and written to a separate document to allow you to produce printed reports for each document.

Major Features:

1. Word frequency counter. Count the usages of every word in your document. Quickly sort the list by word or usage count. You can then select any word and highlight all occurrences of that word in the document.
2. Phrase frequency counter. Count the usages of every 3, 4, or 5-word phrase in your document. Quickly sort the list by phrase or usage count. You can then select any phrase and highlight all occurrences of that phrase in the document.
3. Sentence start phrase counter. Count the usages of every 1, 2, or 3-word phrase used at the start of each sentence in your document. Quickly sort the list by phrase or usage count. You can then select any phrase and highlight all occurrences of that phrase in the document.
4. Sentence length counter. Count all sentences and produce a graph of all sentence usage by sentence length. You can then view the document and easily find long sentences or sentences that are similar in length near each other.
5. Produce a printed report off all tables of word and phrase usage, including the sentence length graph.
