Notes Organizer Deluxe is a flexible database management software with ready to use notes management solutions. Notes manager gives you an easy way to gather, organize, and manage information about all your personal or business notes, daily tasks, or any to do items.
Software comes with several templates: Note Book Simple, Notes Detailed, Journal, ToDo Organizer. You can choose the one that best suits your personal or business needs. Notes Organizer is easy to use and very intuitive. You can start using notes manager with the database solutions included in the software package.
If the database template already created is not exactly what you are looking for you can easily create a new one with the Designer. Flexible search engine finds any keyword or phrase in your notes database. Sort your notes entries on any field, e.g. on note title, entry date, category, etc ....
You can create new entries from predefined templates, copy/paste similar records within the same database, copy records from another database, or use copy/paste from clipboard. Report wizard lets you create note reports, note books, note cards, and more. You can save settings to a template for future reuse.
There is no limit on the number of items you can add and the number of databases you can manage. Each member of your organization can have separate accounts with unique note database solutions. Program is network compatible. There are more than 100 other personal or business database solutions that can be used with this software.
