You can create different day schedules for different resources and different timing parameters. Your schedules are all accessible via the tab strip at the top of the table. In a day schedule you can create, edit and revise appointments with a double-click on a table cell. Every workstation in your network reflects the changes committed by any other workstation. You navigate day-wise, week-wise or with a special calendar tool. A click on "today!" leads you directly back to the schedule of the actual day.
Printing may be done for entire table or single columns list.
One time row represents 15 minutes for instance. You can adjust this scaling for every schedule to your needs, e.g. to 5 or 10 minutes. This refinement would lengthen your schedule vertically (more rows) and requires more scrolling.
A week schedule schows a multi week survey of the appointments of a single resource (staff member / room / device). As in the day schedule, the time is scaled vertically, subsequent days are displayed horizontally.
