OrderGen Purchase Order Form 1.0.1.35

OrderGen Purchase Order Form 1.0.1.35 is designed for anyone who DO NOT need to process hundreds of POs per year. This program makes it possible to create purchase orders without entering multiple classes of data into a database before building a purchase order. It is designed for small companies or firms with limited PO creation requirements.

This is a purchase order printing utility which is a sub-module of OrderGen 2000, our Purchase Order Database software. OrderGen 2000 is a desktop and/or network based and highly-configurable database application that retains vendor and associated product information, and detailed transaction history data. This sub-module allows the user to create a purchase order without the database attachments. The printed purchase order form is identical to the one that is contained in the latest version of OrderGen 2000.

This utility installs to a directory that is SEPARATE from the OrderGen 2000 directory; it is completely self contained, and does not depend on or require OrderGen to be installed.

With the OrderGen P.O. Form, all data is edited by clicking directly on the form. The only exception is the tax percentages, which are input on a dialog before the print preview opens.

The PO Form supports up to 8 line items per PO. To change any item on the purchase order, simply click on the item. The user can edit either the value of any non-calculated item and the font, font-style, and color of any label or label group.

To load an existing purchase order, right-click anywhere to open the toolbar. This toolbar is used also to save the current PO under a new name, to add or change tax percentages, to open the help file, and/or to print the purchase order.

After loading an existing P.O., the data is imported to the form. The currently loaded file is always saved upon exit. Designed for 1024x768. Scrolls at 800x600. Does not depend on or integrate with OrderGen 2000. Trialware with a 20-day trial and a 20 print or print preview limit.
