OrthoGraph Inventory is dedicated to asset inventory and data acquisition using a PDA. This module can collect information on site with the control of fields, typified data, and fixed lists while enabling users to make the data acquisition facilitating an internal or external barcode reader with the PDA. OrthoGraph Inventory supports bluetooth barcode readers and some Symbol PDAs that have integrated barcode scanners. The system generates XML, XLS, and PDF file formats, and it also supports dedicated direct data communication interface. Using an integration module like the existing ArchiFM module OrthoGraph Inventory displays actual room listings on site with all parameters and helps users compare them with reality, all while recognizing object moves and showing missing equipment. The ingtegration of OrthoGraph Inventory to any existing system is very easy based on the standard file formats, or the existing API interface that are provided. The features of OrthoGraph Inventory can be extended with drawing (floor-plan survey) functionality, that module is named OrthoGraph Survey.
