Peak Performance 1.01.05 is created as a tool which maintains good habits if you start to slip. It is not to to stop you from using the computer, march you out the door and whip you if you do not take regular breaks. Peak Performance trains you to take breaks so you do not develop debilitating medical conditions like Musculoskeletal Injuries (MIS) sometimes referred to as Repetitive Strain Injuries (RSI), Occupational Overuse Syndrome (OOS), Repetitive Motion Injuries (RMI), Cumulative Trauma Disorders (CTD), Work-related Musculoskeletal Disorders (WRMSD).
- Enforce agents just frustrating users. Peak Performance is designed in a flexible manner to train rather than enforce, torture or drive the user insane. After you are trained you will not get reminders unless you slip back into your old habits.
- Have a number of exercises you can do while having an exercise (Stretch) break. It does not give that you are work out, that’s what gyms are for. In fact if you feel any pain exercises will make your problems worse so exercise carefully and concentrate more on relaxing.
