PortfolioTK 1.10

PortfolioTK 1.10 offers you a tool which provides both accurate quantitative statistics and advanced charting. It includes overall portfolio equity curve performance with risk analysis, trade log entry supporting partial position matching of both long and short trades, and a charting database with over 35+ technical indicators. Not only that but you can use PortfolioTKs reporting features to see how your portfolio has been performing against the major benchmark indices.

Major Functions:

1. Research - PortfolioTK features advanced charting with a comprehensive list of technical indicators. You can set up multiple portfolio's of symbols to do analytical and fundamental research on. To make it easy, all it takes is one button click to update all of your symbol's quotes; daily or historical. Fundamental research can be easily accomplished with PortfolioTK's built-in browser that automatically navigates to MarketWatch, Inc. and there company info of your currently selected symbol.
2. Trade- Finished analyzing a stock and found the one you are looking for? After placing the trade with your broker, entering details about the trade in PortfolioTK will allow you to see a further tier of information about your investing. Track open and closed trade statistics, see current net liquidation value, and export trades; all without having to logon and connect to your broker. Then when the end of the year comes along, PortfolioTK automatically generates a Gains and Losses report for use with tax reporting on your Schedule D. PortfolioTK supports both FIFO and LIFO cost basis' for calculating profit / loss.
3. Analyze - PortfolioTK automatically calculates vital statistics about your overall portfolio performance. This can be advantageous for personal use, or to be used in end-of-month reporting. Export charts to display your performance to clients, or upload them to the web to show others. PortfolioTK includes many built-in statistics that are automatically calculated when you enter your month ending account balance. It also calculates more advanced statistics like Modern Portfolio Theory. View a chart of your equity curve and monthly % returns to see how consistent your trading has been. Then compare those results using PortfolioTK's graph overlay to see how your performance stacked up against the major S&P benchmark indices. Further, charts that demonstrate your portfolio's risk characteristics are graphed.
