Your Excel program must have macros enabled to use the Practice Navigator. A macro is a program (software code) written to perform a sequence of operations. The Practice Navigator uses several macros to generate the simulated market scenarios. If your Excel program does not have macros enabled and it does not give you the option to enable macros when the Practice Navigator is launched, you will need to modify the security setting. To do this, click "Tools" on the Excel menu bar, then select "Macro", then "Security", and then choose either the Medium or Low setting.
