Print Favorites for Word 1.5

Print Favorites for Word 1.5  is a Microsoft Word COM add-in letting you easily manipulate all options spread across five different Word dialog windows related to print, and increase the print productivity in Microsoft Word.

If you have more than one printers connected to your computer, or if you have ever printed with different types of paper in Microsoft Word, then you know its a pain to deal with so many print options. Print Favorites will remember each combination of different option values for you, for example, the print options for printing booklet, for report draft, for placard,etc., and printing all those materials is just one click away. In other words, each favorite is a combination of many different option values. You can create or define as many favorites as you like, and organize those favorites using a familiar Organize Favorites window just like in Internet Explorer.

The favorite name will appear under the Print Favorites menu as a menu command after you created it. To active the print options defined in any print favorite, for example "A4 Booklet", just click the corresponding menu command.

• With Print Favorites, it is very easy to print information in a format that can be cut and stapled to form a paper booklet. For example, you can print a booklet containing a list of your contacts, their phone numbers, and so on. When you print a booklet, the page layout and page numbering are arranged automatically.
• You can print a booklet using either a printer that prints on both sides of the paper (called a duplex printer) or a printer that prints on one side only.
• To print booklets, the first thing you need to do is to define or create a favorite. By creating a favorite, you have a reusable definition of how to print booklet, so you never need to adjust print options again.
