Random Number Generator 2

Random Number Generator 2 is created as a handy and effective tool with the ability to select and compute random integer numbers between a minimum and maximum value given by the user. The utility can be used to generate passwords or pick up random samples for statistical tests. The numbers are true random and the moving average of the randomly generated numbers can also be tracked in the utility which approaches the mean of the minimum and maximum value of the interval while the number of random samples approach infinity.

Enhancements: Includes capability to export the random numbers generated as a batch into Excel or notepad.
