ReadyToPrint Organizer 4.82 offers an effective tool which helps you to manage contacts and calendar information. You can use the monthly and weekly editor to store notes without having to open and close extra windows and Explorer style windows will organize and sort your data based on type, date and group membership.

You can add appointments, tasks, birthdays, holidays and other recurring events. It includes more than twenty customizable calendars and address books, allows printing in various sizes and supports JPEG images for customizing your calendars. Other tools include Envelopes, Labels, clock synchronizer, phone dialer, recycle bin, support for Outlook Express address book and directory servers, search, filters, sort by any field, custom fields, e-mail and Internet shortcuts. Holidays for more than 50 countries, states and provinces are also included.

Major Features:

1. Main Window
   • Access the main features from ReadyToPrint Organizer's main window. Click on the Internet style buttons to open the calendar in monthly, weekly, or daily mode; click the print preview button to choose different calendars; click the Explore Address button to find a contact or add/modify a new contact; click Explore Calendar button to view the calendar items organized based on type, group or date; click the clock to synchronize your computer clock with the atomic clock at NIST. In addition you can access the address book in classic mode (that is the RTPO version 3 style address book), access recycle bin and add events.
2. Print Preview Window
   • Select any yearly, monthly, weekly or daily calendar style and click the print button. Decorate printouts with jpeg images, change font and color, include or exclude different event. Select from different address book layouts; choose contacts or a group of contacts to print. Print Labels and envelopes.
3. Address Explorer
   • ReadyToPrint Organizer's address book is a complete solution with everything from LDAP directory server support and phone dialer to sort and filter options. It includes customizable field name, over 40 fields per contact and internet style buttons where you can simply click on a contact's summary to send email or dialup a number.
4. Calendar Explorer
   • Calendar Explorer window organizes all of the calendar events based on type, group and date. This is particulary useful if you have stores a lot of data.
5. Edit the calendar using the daily, weekly or monthly editor. You can use the notes editor for quick storage, just type in the information and you are done. You can exit the program at point and ReadyToPrint Organizer will automatically save the data. Events editor can be used for adding recurring events such as birthdays, anniversaries and national holidays. You can also assign events to different groups for easier management.
