RecallWorks Invoicing is a useful program that gives you the possibility to easily generate and manage your company invoices. However, not limited to invoicing, the RecallWorks application enables you to create (or convert to and from) statements, purchase orders, receipts, or quotations at the click of your mouse. The simplified interface makes it very easy and intuitive to use. The five unique styles that can be color and content customized also support various item listing formats and customer ship vs. customer billing options.
You can include background images as well as your own company logo on
any RecallWorks form. This feature can thereby enable you to create a business
form with a totally unique appearance specific to your company. Aside from
your company logo, you can also have RecallWorks include your company motto
and any appreciation message that you would like to convey to your
clients/customers. Configure RecallWorks once so that you can have all of your
newly created invoices to automatically set colors, style, background, and
general content for you. The powerful search engine will facilitate you in
finding any of your invoice records, or groups of records simply and
efficiently. The RecallWorks Table/Grid view gives you a quick means to look
at all or just some of your client/customers based on related criteria that
you can specify.
The RecallWorks Invoicing interface enables you to manage an unlimited
number of multiple companies (if you have such a need). Easily manage your
customers, products, terms of payment, sales representatives and shippers that
you may use. Even allows you to create and bill for industry specific fees
and/or surcharges and supports FOB management and inclusion of your FOB on
your viewed and printed forms.
RecallWorks Invoicing has been designed to work with all current
versions of Microsoft Windows and the integrated on-line help system available
with an "F1" command or a mouse click can assist you with any application
features.
