- Divide the interview process into 4 stages, Applied / 1st Interview / 2nd Interview / Hired. Easily advance interviewees from one stage to the next, recording their skills and printing reports on their technical and non-technical merits as well as observations during the face-to-face interview. Get a percentage fit based on matching keywords and priority weighting.
- Easily transfer existing employees to the applicant list (internal applicant) and also transferring the hired applicant to the employee database.
