With the Shared Calendar this feature will help you schedule all your meetings and appointments. Work offline or online: you can change any data in each item and after that connect to the Internet or your companys network to synchronize it, or you can update your contacts folders data automatically by changing the Send and Receive settings in MS Outlook.
