SliQ Invoicing and Quoting 1.5.0

SliQ Invoicing and Quoting 1.5.0 can be used for creating/ raising and tracking professional  invoices, credit notes and  quotes to help you get paid accurately and on time. This is the multi-company version of this software. SliQ allows you to work things out within seconds without needing to learn how to use e complicated accounting software. SliQ provides a wide range of features including multiple invoice templates but still manages to be incredibly easy to use.

The trial copy of SliQ is fully-featured and will work on Windows XP and Windows Vista. You can create, save and print as many invoices etc. as you wish with the trial copy. The trial copy displays a dialog when it starts telling you how to convert the trial into a full copy of SliQ by purchasing an unlock code. Any invoices etc. you create with the trial copy will still be available if you convert your trial copy into a full copy.

You can easily track payments, see who's late and chase payment. All invoices are displayed in date order on the entry page. Each invoice indicates if it's paid and whether or not it's overdue. Click on an invoice to see the customer contact details or to apply payments. Apply filters to see invoices for specific customers and dates or unpaid invoices only. With one click you can email a reminder to the customer.

You can also store customer details and send customer statements. This invoice software also allows customer address and contact information to be stored. The Customers & Statements tab lists all customers together with the total amount they owe and whether any invoices are overdue. Statements with aging reports can be generated and printed or emailed to customers. You can even store notes on customers allowing you to manage customer relationships. Once you've entered a new customer name or product on an invoice or quote, you'll never have to enter it again. Just enter the first few letters of any previously typed name or item and SliQ Invoicing & Quoting will fill in the rest for you.
