Spell Check Anywhere 6.1

Spell Check Anywhere 6.1 is created to add spell check, thesaurus, and grammar check software to all programs: Outlook Express, MSN, Notepad, WordPad, Email, Word, Custom Apps, Web.

Use Spell Check Anywhere:

• For programs that lack spell check, or programs that have English spell check, but lack Medical, Legal or foreign language spell check.
• On the Internet when composing any web email, typing text in search engines, filling out forms, Internet data entry, posting forum messages, discussion groups or writing blogs.

1. The HyperNotepad Feature of Spell Check Anywhere

• Spell Check Anywhere comes with HyperNotepad.  Whenever you press F10 on your keyboard, HyperNotepad pops up to let you take quick instant notes.  Create several note-tabs to keep different notes.  HyperNotepad saves your work automatically without you having to press any save button.  It's wonderful to take notes whenever necessary without disturbing your work or opening large programs.
• HyperNotepad is instantly available with the F10 hotkey on your keyboard.  You can even change the HyperNotepad F10 hotkey to anything other key you would like.You can also print your HyperNotepad notes. 
  

2. Shorthand Speed Typing Feature

• The Shorthand Speed Typing feature saves you typing or copy-and-pasting when it comes to text you repeat often such as those used in your customer communications.  The Shorthand Speed Typing feature of Spell Check Anywhere works in all applications, not just in the examples shown in Outlook and Word.
• Shorthand Speed Typing software lets you to define shorthand keywords that expand to the full text of your choice when typed in any Windows application.  For instance, you can define the word “$techsup” to equal a block of custom paragraph text.  Whenever--and in whatever application--you type “$techsup” and press the Space bar on your keyboard, Shorthand Speed Typing software replaces the word “$techsup” with the full text that you previously defined for it.

3. Adding, Editing or Deleting Shorthand Keywords of The Shorthand Speed Typing Feature. You can add, edit or delete any shorthand keyword you like.
