Staff Planner 2006 is a useful and reliable Excel based application that schedules employee holiday / vacation time, overtime and time in lieu. It also tracks staff cover availability and any other form of employee scheduling that you set up, such as clients, sick leave or business trips.
Employee scheduling is updated using the pre-setup codes then, selecting the cells (staff member & date) that you wish to update.
The reports give you statistics for each employee for the year or period you specify, and the charts give a great graphical look to those stats, making it easier to understand the your employee time bookings.
