StampIt for Word (Vista version) 6.0 is an easy-to-use and intelligent software for automating, standardizing and simplifying paper and PDF document marking and printing. Users can easily create their own stamps in in graphic outline, solid or watermark format.
It also can stamp MULTIPLE COPIES of the same document with different stamps on each copy, ALL in ONE PRINT SESSION or just stamp selected pages. Stamps can be scaled, rotated or positioned to print anywhere on a page. Eliminates the need for rubber stamps for document marking.

- Use different marking on multiple copies of the same document . . .
- Print a "Client Copy,", "File Copy," "Recording Copy" and two unmarked originals, all in one print session. And do it with only three mouse clicks while in your Word document.
- Select any style or format of marking
- Instantly creates any graphic word or phrase up to three lines — in hollow, watermark and solid format— for immediate use (and thereafter) in your document -- in any font, color, size or orientation. No need for self-inking or rubber stamps with StampIt. An easy to use menu is called up while you are in your document.
- Stamps PDFs from Word at the time of creation
- Simply checking a box (if a PDF driver is installed) on StampIt's Main menu creates your PDF file. And StampIt will mark the PDF — with Word's graphics power —without making you to fiddle with PDF security settings or other settings. StampIt standarizes document marking.
- Make printed and PDF documents virtually tamper-proof
- StampIt creates a non-contrast sensitive document marking (among others) that prevents a paper copy from becoming an "original." Contrast-adjustments on copiers will not remove the marking without altering the original text.
- Individually customizable and user-created stamps
- Individually customize how any stamp prints, where it prints, and in what color. Stamps can be left in documents for permanent identification and combined as desired. It's like getting custom rubber stamps for free.
- Document marking and printing control at the page-level
- All user-selection of “pages to stamp” and “pages to print” for each stamp selected as well as allowing stamps to be left in the document and custom configured for future use.
- Prints entire documents while only stamping selected pages
- e.g. stamp pages 2, 7 and 14 "approved" in a 20 page document. Can also print and stamp only selected pages.
- Pre-made words and phrases each with eight pre-set positions
- Provides 58 commonly used phrases in HOLLOW, WATERMARK and SOLID graphic format for instant use in any one of eight (8) preset positions. All can be modified and/or changed by the user to print anywhere on the page in any size. Eliminates the need for rubber or self-inking stamps.
- Password protection and control
- Allows you to restrict the use of any stamp (by password) or completely block access to the function that creates stamps
- Leave stamps in documents for positive identification
- Users can leave and save stamp(s) in their Word documents (and make them permanent in PDFs) so others who access the document can know the document's purpose and intended use.
- Automated and customizable document signing
- Automates custom “signing” of documents with a signature graphic or text as well as custom association with different words or phrases.
- Custom marking adjustments with print preview
- Allows the preview and custom adjustment or configuration of any stamp, to anywhere on a page, prior to printing or editing.
- Customizable user-designated groups
- Save user-defined “groups” of stamps that allow the printing and marking of multiple copies of the same document, e.g., 1 FILE COPY (watermark), 2 CLIENT COPY” (hollow), and 1 CLEAN ORIGINAL (no stamp) that can be recalled with two mouse clicks or a few key strokes.
- Context sensitive help and tool tips
- Provides help at any location in StampIt and function identification by mouse pointer as well.
