Effortless Setup of Tasks and Projects: You set up billing rates, contact information and project notes at a high level of the hierarchy (i.e. client or project level).  When you add tasks at a lower level, the tasks automatically use that same information unless you specifically change it.  This allows you to track your time and expenses at a detailed level without adding more time and effort.

Easy Project Time Tracking: When tracking your project, your time tracker has to move as fast as you change tasks.  Whether you use the timer, create individual entries or use the timesheet, Timeless Time & Expense puts the most used functions within easy reach.  Use toolbars and popup menus to start timers anywhere.  You don't have to hunt around or change views just to add an entry.  Expense tracking and to do lists are just as easy.

Flexible Reporting: Accurate time tracking is great, but what about flexible reporting?  Timeless Time & Expense gives you 8 different types of reports.  It lets you customize your reports, giving you the flexibility to report on information relevant to you.  The included report wizard will help you with the customization.  Some report features you can customize include: custom dates, relative time-frame based reports (ie. current week, previous month, etc.), task summarization, filtering by task level, activity, payment method, expense type and billable and non-billable tasks/expense. Seamless Integration with MS Project 98-2007: If you design a project plan in MS Project, you can import the tasks, projects and information you set up in MS Project directly into Timeless Time & Expense.  Timeless Time & Expense takes that information and allows you to easily track the tasks you've already set up in MS Project.  You track your time and that information is fed back into MS Project, allowing you to know where you are on the project.  Having accurate progress information allows you to identify areas of concern, where tasks take too long and anything that could affect the project's completion date.  This is especially invaluable to project managers.
