ToDo Organizer Deluxe 3.1 is designed as a dynamic database management software for Windows users which gives you an easy way to gather, organize and manage information about all your daily tasks, personal or business activities, or any to do items.

You can use database solutions included in the software or you can customize them with Designer.

1. Ready to use to do items management solutions: To Do manager comes with database templates that are ready to use right away. Databases: ToDo Simple, ToDo Detailed.
2. Customize or create to do items database easily: You can start using ToDo with the database templates included in the software package. If the template already created is not exactly what you are looking for you can easily create a new one with Database Designer.
3. Data fields included in the solution: ToDo Detailed database solution contains the following database fields: Title, Entry Date, Activity Type, Activity Status, Importance, Category, Assigned To, Percent Completed, End Date, Due Date, Custom Fields, Description, Notes, History Log.
4. Search, replace: The database Search function helps you to locate to do items records that contain the piece of data you are looking for. With this software, you are able to locate a piece of text in any field with the capability of moving to the next record filling your search criteria.
5. Print labels: Print Label Wizard lets you print selected fields on any label. There are already templates for all American and European Avery label formats. Print Label Wizard supports the most popular bar code types.
6. Print reports: Report wizard lets you create quality, professionally looking documents, to-do items reports, task summaries, activity lists, and more. You can save settings to a template for future reuse.
7. Enter, modify data: Standard record view pages allow you to easily enter, modify records and generate data specific commands (send email, enter attachment, run spell checker, select entry value from the list, ...).
8. Browser viewer: View your to do items information in virtually any way using browser viewer and html templates.
