Total Organizer 2.43 is a powerful, easy to use Personal Information Manager software that allows you to store all of your contacts, tasks, notes, and to-do lists divided into tree-structured categories. Whats unique about the app is that each item (be it a note,task,contact etc) may belong to several categories (tags).
Major Features:
- Password protection
- Relations and attachments - that is, logical connections between items (created automatically and manually) so you can add e.g. task(s) to given contact, and file attachments - so you can add files to items (notes, contacts etc.)
- Subscriptions - items from another Total Organizer's database visible in your current document.
- Adding images to items (notes, contacts etc.)
- Recording voice messages
Enhancements: Improved "quick search" tool (its smarter now)
Requirements: A possibility to change tasks date by extending a task in calendar views
