Train Track 2009 7.3 is a flexible application that allows you to assign required trainings by department, job title, individual employee name, hire date, or any combination. You may except individuals from required trainings. It allows you to quickly determine what trainings are needed, and provides documentation of compliance with training requirements. It's easy to learn and use, and you can modify the program to meet your needs.
View trainings required, needed, scheduled, completed, failed, or expired. Use the report wizard to design your own reports, and save them to print again. Add your own company logo to over 50 standard reports. Import/export to Excel or other file formats, or send email notifications to employees or supervisors. Approve trainers, schedule classes, print sign-in sheets, and allow employees to take exams electronically.
Track total training hours and cost. Track training modules with multiple components or training series. Automatically require re-training for document revisions. Attach a document to each record. Assign user access levels. Track unlimited employees, and maintain historical data.

- Keep track of all available trainings with title, number, revision, type, hours, expiration, and exam requirements.
- Track trainings needed, scheduled, completed, failed (if an exam is required), expired, and soon to expire.
- View the status of all employees required to complete each training.
- View a list of all non-expired completions, or select to show the history of all completions.
- Set up expiration periods for each training, or set them to never expire.

- Employee records
- Record employee names, ID numbers, phone, email, hire date, job titles, department, supervisor, employee type, shift, location, qualifications and notes. Link a document to each employee record.

- View the status of all required trainings, or view just the needed trainings, or just the completed trainings.
- Display only non-expired completions, or a history of all trainings completed.
- Add new job titles, departments, or employee types just by typing them into the field, or importing them witn your employee data.
- Select supervisor from the list of employees.
- Track skills, education, qualifications, or certificates.

- Import and export
- Data can be imported from another program or file--just paste it into the Excel® template.
- Export data to Excel®.
- Export any report to Excel® or other standard file formats, or send it as an email attachment.
- Requirements

- Select "All" to automatically require a training for everyone.
- Add requirements for an entire group of employees at once by checking them off from a list, or by selecting a department or job title.
- Schedule trainings in advance

- Mark the training as completed for the entire class at once, or individually. You may also pick a group of employees, such as a department, then remove individuals from the list, and mark the rest complete.

- When you import employe records from your Excel template, any information that has changed for your existing employees will be updated to their records in TRAIN TRACK. Any new employees will still have their record added.
- Performance Enhancements

- Some screen elements have been re-designed to improve performance. Color coding on the training detail screen, status tab has been removed, as well as some of the automatic screen refreshes.
