Trust Manager 2.15

Trust Manager is a great program that has been designed in conjunction with trust specialists to bring control and organisation to trust management within your business.

The software allows quick and easy creation and maintenance of trust and client information in one consolidated location. Once the data has been entered, Trust Manager saves you time and money by performing many of the routine, time-consuming functions which are traditionally done by hand or a number of disconnected systems, such as document generation, event reminders, meeting summaries, and general reports.

Trust Management
First and foremost, Trust Manager provides you with a common repository to store and manage Trusts and related information such as advances / debt back, accountancy & banking information, and related notes.

Client Management
To streamline management, the Client Management tool allows you to maintain information about your clients. These clients are later associated with one or more Trusts. Changes to a client (such as bank details) are quickly and easily reflected across all Trusts which that client is associated with.

When you create a Trust in Trust Manager, you are able to specify up to two clients and later allocate transactions against one or the other.

Calendar, Tasks, & Notifications
Once you have entered a Trust in the system, you can forget about it. Trust Manager will automatically remind you of key events concerning the Trust such as Trustee Meetings or Gifting Dates. You may also enter your own events, allowing you to customize Trust Manager to your work processes - not the other way around.

Document/Precedent Wizard
The Document Wizard is one of the most powerful features of Trust Manager, allowing you to quickly generate key documents for your Trusts and associated clients. Documents are stored in a central repository for easy access later, or you may import documents from outside the Trust Manager system and associate them with an existing Trust.

The Document Wizard can also be customized to conform the generated documents to your own firms branding.
