TuckAway 1.0.1  is an excellent tool for Outlook users. It is actually an add-in which helps you sort your outgoing emails by prompting you for the folder where you would like to store the mail item. TuckAway will also automatically suggest the most appropriate folder for this email based on an intelligent prediction mechanism that learns from the user over time.

TuckAway is an Add-in designed for Microsoft Outlook 2007, Outlook 2003 and Outlook XP. It integrates into your Outlook application, analyzes your Outlook folders and your work patterns to assist you in making Outlook a more organized working environment.

TuckAway is designed for both the home user that wants to improve his Outlook experience by having neatly organized emails and for the business user that needs to handle hundreds of daily emails and working on multiple email threads in parallel.

This product is provided in two versions. The TuckAway Lite is well suited for a home user that sends a few dozen emails a day. This version is so simple that the user would never need to read the user guide and even so offering a powerful functionality to address his needs. The TuckAway Pro is aimed at the business user that uses Outlook extensively, has an exchange account and wants more advanced features and full configuration options.

Major Features:

1. Sorting sent emails – Outlook saves the sent items in a single folder, ignoring the need people have to sort their sent item by topic. TuckAway allows the user to quickly choose in which folder to store each sent email by seamlessly integrating into Outlook and prompting the user.
2. Moving an entire email thread – Outlook stores the incoming mail and outgoing mail in different folders causing a single mail thread to be split and hard to follow. TuckAway allows the user to store the whole mail thread it to one folder. It also allows moving the entire mail thread to a different folder when replying to it.
3. Quick folder choice – TuckAway lets the user to quickly navigate through outlook folders by either clicking on or typing the name of the destination folder.
4. Intelligent folder suggestion – TuckAway incorporates an intelligent system that studies the user work patterns with Outlook and suggests the most suitable folder for each email you’re sending. Since the system learns from the user it improves over time to deliver higher accuracy.
5. Setting a default folder - This allows the user to choose any of the Outlook folders where Outlook will save sent items by default.
6. TuckAway outlook menu bar – TuckAway adds new buttons to the Outlook bar. Using these buttons the user gets access to the powerful filing capabilities of the application and to its configuration options.
