Or are you just a home user who would like to keep your children safe from those malicious sites and programs on the internet. uKill will solve all those problems, its two programs, one is the actual daemon which performs tasks set by the other program, the configuration program. Using this you can set the programs you wish to ban and any users who are exceptions to the rule.
