UCAP stores all information necessary for interacting live with your customers and tracks employee and sales performances. Track any number of personal and company attributes, notes, purchases, and interactions with reporting systems for automating letters, faxing, and e-mailing correspondence.

An eMail Blasting module is included which works with any eMail Engine and Word. Other modules are available for sales, quoting, campaign, training, tech-support, data mining, reporting, product, and recurrency services. UCAP delivers all customer data immediately to permit live interaction with the customer.
