Volunteer Suite Lite IT 6.0.0.0 is designed as a powerful tool that can allow you to manage asset, location, contact, events, contributions and volunteer information on a limited budget.

InTrek Lite is designed to allow the user to enter and store location information, contact information and asset information into a database. As assets are moved from one location to another that assets history is captured and stored in a asset history table. This enables the user to keep a updated history of that assets movements.

MVP is designed to allow the user to enter and store volunteer/member information, event information and contribution information into a database. As events are entered, volunteers/members can be assigned to these events. As the volunteer/member participates in events, their actual start and end times is captured along with the date(s) of participation.

Major Features:

1. Customize inventory templates to define what inventory information  goes into the system
2. Track an inventory’s current location 
3. Get a history of where a product has been assigned previously 
4. Search for inventory information using a bar code scanner 
5. Use a bar code scanner to input inventory information into the system 
6. View all inventory associated with a particular location. 
7. Check for duplicates before information is entered into the system.
