VueMinder 4.0.0 is such a useful tool which is deigned to help users with events and tasks and will bring much convenience.

VueMinder is a full-featured calendar and reminder program for Windows. It supports multiple calendars displayed simultaneously in layers. These can be viewed and printed by day, week, or month. Events and tasks can be quickly defined using default calendar settings, and viewed in a list supporting customizable filters. VueMinder fully supports the iCalendar standard, allowing calendars to be easily shared and synchronized between computers or over the web, including secure servers using SSL. The same calendar can be both published and subscribed to a common location, allowing it to be shared by any number of people or computers. Reminder settings can also be shared, so anyone subscribing to your calendar can be reminded when and how you want.

VueMinder also provides a wide variety of print layouts and styles, covering everything from detailed daily event reports spanning multiple pages to an entire years calendar on a single page.     • A multiple-month navigation pane is provided. Simply resize the navigation pane, and additional months will be displayed.
    • The previous or next day, week, or month can be quickly navigated by using left and right arrow buttons.
11. Appearance themes
    • The entire appearance of VueMinder can be modified by selecting different appearance themes.
    • There are many themes packaged with VueMinder, including one based on a favorite dessert of the VueMinder development team.

    • A complete set of event recurrence rules is provided, covering any possible recurrence pattern, no matter how complex.

• Added integration with Microsoft Outlook. Calendars can be imported/exported to Outlook and automatically synchronized.
• Added menu options to show or hide all calendars as a single operation.
• Added an option to display the month and day on each date displayed in the Month view. This can be toggled from the Month button drop-down menu.
• Added the ability for the event list to be sorted.
• Added a button to the popup reminder dialog allowing the associated event to be deleted.
• Improved the popup reminder dialog. When multiple reminders are listed they can now be sorted. The reminder list can also be resized.
• Improved reminder snoozing so each reminder will individually recall the previously selected snooze time when the reminder is redisplayed. This will be the default snooze time if the reminder is snoozed again.
• Corrected problems when Windows is shutdown or when the current user logs off, where VueMinder was sometimes not closing quickly enough. Also corrected related problems that would sometimes cause the license file to become corrupted due to VueMinder being killed before it could correctly close.
• Corrected a problem where completed occurrences of a recurring event series were not being properly hidden when the "Hide Completed Events" option was selected.
• Numerous other minor bug corrections and enhancements.
