W2 Mate-W2 1099 Software 2.0.71 is a W2 and 1099 Forms printing software used for printing government-approved laser substitutes for Forms W2 Copy A and W3 on plain white paper (this is an optional feature).

W2 Mate supports unlimited number of companies, forms, employees and recipients. The software prints on both white paper and on Red-Ink Laser forms, with the ability to adjust vertical and horizontal printing offset. This software automatically calculates transmittal totals for W3 and 1096 forms.

   • Option #1 (Generate Laser Forms): With this option you can print forms W2 Copy A and W3 in black and white on plain paper. This eliminates the need for buying the red-ink versions of these forms and calibrating the printer to print in the boxes properly! This is an optional feature available for $25 only, other vendors charge more than $70 for this capability. W2 Mate was approved by the SSA (Social Security Administration) in order to support this feature.
   • Option #2 (Run over a Network): With this option you can share the data managed by W2 Mate between more than one machine on your network.
   • Option #3 (Import W2/1099 Forms Data): With this option you can import data for unlimited number of W2 and 1099 forms.
