Web Invoice 7.66 is known as a perfect tool with help desk support integrated into one package. You can manage customers, create invoices, schedule appointments, create estimates, statements, manage inventory, create personal prices and personal currency and a whole lot more, while also being able to create service requests via incoming email or end-user login. The end-user can also be an existing customer which allows the customer to also view current and past invoices as well as view appointments and service requests.

It is also possible to create an invoice from an existing service request for billing purposes. Manage payroll per invoice, hour or job, keep track of time and manage contracts. You can also insert attachments to service requests as well as invoices and contracts.

If the money never makes it's way to the owner, the payroll will know about it and instead of having to pay the technician his cut, the Payment direction will now be reversed and the amount due to the owner will be displayed.
