Winrental SC 888.00 is a software that aims at the rental store that needs more than one terminal. Utilizing the same acclaimed interface and requiring minimal network configuration, it gives entry to a network system at a sensible price point.

The Winrental SC server application is used as the main rental terminal in the normal way. The client is installed on any PC (up to 5) in the same workgroup and is then used to process transactions.

Winrental SC requires no additional hardware but has facilities for receipt printers, barcode readers and pole displays.

Each transaction is individually allocated to staff with secure log on.

Professional print facilities include membership forms, Photo ID cards and barcode printing. 

Compatibility :The product is data identical to the Winrental standard. The existing Winrental standard installation can transfer by just the drag and drop of a few files (a conversion utility is included for the transfer of Videobase 32 product).
 
Network :The client requires the network name of the server PC. No other configuration is necessary. The server and client may be run on the same computer for evaluation purposes. The product requires a Microsoft 'Workgroup' network. It is advised that prior to order that the shareware version is used to check compatibility. Bibase Software regrets that it is unable to offer support on network connectivity issues.

2. Photo ID. Each member can have a picture stored which dramatically reduces theft.The program will print membership cards with both photo ID and barcode.
3. Extensive security. Each user has to log on with all important operations logged so staff can be monitored. The menu items that are not to be available to standard users may be selected. The PIN rental facility can be used to prompt the customer for a code at the start of each rental. If a USB numeric keypad is added, the customer may alternatively be asked to tap the code in. 
4. Receipt printer and cash drawer support. Each may be configured to work with your hardware. A custom receipt and byline may be designed. Several formats are built in ready to use. 
5. In depth reports. A wide variety of takings, category, overdue and multiple copy reports are available. The F12 key pulls up an overview of the most useful information. An email report and log can be sent. 
6. Barcode printing. The program supports wedge type barcode readers and will print both most commonly used Code 39 and EAN (UPC-A) barcodes on a variety of labels.
7. Flyers and reminders. The program will print several overdue letters with member and item detail, customizable membership forms and mailmerge (selected customers) circulars to increase your profitability.
8. Special offers. A variety of special offers are supported from blanket pricing and day returns to configurable overrides. A closed day option is also available.
9. Sundry sales. A comprehensive sundry inventory section is available to look after additional retail sales.
10. Taxes. Non, one or two taxes may be specified with configurable descriptions.
