Word PhoneBook is an Add-In for Microsoft Word for Windows 97 and 95. It consists of a database of names, addresses and fax numbers that automates the process of writing letters, faxes and envelopes under Word. The approach is different to other similar utilities in that it uses variables that are defined in your Word templates, in the places you want the data to be inserted. The lite version is free, while the Pro version adds unlimited database size, up to 8 additional user defined fiels, the ability to create Mail Merge data documents. Integrating your exisiting information is easy using the general or Microsoft Outlook wizards. Selected as one of the 1,001 free downloads by PC Computing. ZDNet gives Four Stars to this program.
