With Work Manager you can easily organize and manage all the information related to your ongoing projects.

- Information can be deployed to users for induction processes to enable quick navigation of file structures.
- Project managers and users can access work loads quickly through html formatted reports.
- Security processes can be implemented to encrypt data so files are only accessible to key personnel.
- Links provide access to files, folders, emails, group emails, intranet and internet links.
- Batch files (.bat) can be run to map drives, open files, create secure connections and open servers.
- Windows associated programs can be run from links.
- Files can be previewed; this includes all Microsoft and Adobe files.
- Certain files types can be edited from the preview view (ASCII based files).
