ABC MailManager is a free and useful program which was designed to create and manage mailing lists. You can send your messages in text or html formats with the ability to attach files. An archive of performed mailings is created during the mailing process automatically. You can keep ABC MailManager either on your hosting provider server or on your own local computer.
