Acute Vision is a powerful, discreet and secure news client designed to automatically download pictures, video and music from binary newsgroups.
All files that are downloaded are stored in an encrypted format on your hard disk using discreet filenames.
Password protection also ensures the prevention of unauthorized access while the quick hide feature will instantly conceal all windows at the touch of a button when required. The powerful thumbnail manager uses a familiar Windows explorer-type interface which you can use to rank and organize your downloads.
Easy management of your pictures is achieved with the built-in image viewer and editor and a feature-rich slideshow viewer is included. The news client engine allows multiple simultaneous connections to multiple news servers. Support for multipart postings, as well as all of the common encoding formats including: yEnc, UUencode, MIME (7bit, 8bit, Base64, Quoted Printable & Binary).
