ChateX 1.15 description

ChateX 1.15 is a convenient application considered client-server all in one chat program developed to run faster. This is the main program feature, it works fast under all conditions, it also features a fast file transfer which can be paused and resumed, transfer files up to 1000 GB, drag and drop files over a user name in the listbox and on the send textbox on private chat, admin controls and other features a chat program needs.

ChateX also checks all data when it is received in the client or the server side and if its not right it will be ignored in the client side and in the server side the user where the data was received from will be automatically kicked. In addition, this software can be easily customized and be very useful through LAN or Internet.

Available commands for ChateX:

  1. /clear (clears all chat)
  2. /name + name (changes your current name)
  3. /me + message
  4. /say + message (displays a popup with the current messsage)
  5. /topic + topic (changes the current topic)
  6. /cpw + password (sets the client password for super admin access, normal admin access, or normal user access)
  7. /saspw + password (sets the server password for super admin access)
  8. /naspw + password (sets the server password for normal admin access)
  9. /nuspw + password (sets the server password for normal user access)

  • More bug fixes
  • Added server flood protection
  • Added description for every IP address in the ban list
  • The server topic is now saved to "options.cx"
  • The ban list is now saved to "banlist.cx"
