Check and Send 0.7.40

Check and Send will check the message contents and addresses before you send the message.
Each checkings are enabled/disabled by Check and Sends option. Dont forget setup the checkings before you use this extension.
Main features:
- whether the words you pre-defined exist in the message and the message does not have any attachments,
- whether the words you pre-defined exist in the message,
- whether the recipients exist or do not exist in the address books.
System requirements:
- Thunderbird: 1.0 - 2.0.0*

Enhancements:
- add "Select All" and "Clear Selection" buttons to the alert dialog of address check
- check for a list contain accentuated characters in its name does not work
- update locales and de-DE locale is newly added
