Interactive Campaign is an email campaign software designed to send out personalized messages and manage multiple email lists.
Interactive Campaign is a tool that, besides HTML mailing, allows you to embed questionnaires, making it possible to get customers feedback with your email systems.
Main features:
- Built-in WYSIWYG HTML Editor.
The built-in HTML editor allows you to edit HTML or import HTML files saved from you favorite HTML editors. You could add mail merge fields to create personalized message. 30+ HTML templates are available which allow you to create email campaigns easily.
- Built-in WYSIWYG Questionnaire Editor.
You could add multiple choice single selection/multi-selection questions like list box, radio button, or checkbox to your email campaign. Or you could add text input to let them enter their feedback directly. All replies will be processed and displayed at the Campaign View in Interactive Campaign. You could also see the analytic result in the Report View of Interactive Campaign.
- Supports different kinds of mail servers.
Interactive Campaign could send email via SMTP/Exchange/ Domino Servers. If you do not have the server mentioned above, you could choose to send through our built-in SMTP server as long as you have Internet connections.
- Also, if you embed questionnaire in your emails, Interactive campaign gets replies from POP3/Exchange/Domino Servers automatically.
- Manage your customer list with ease.
Interactive Campaign allows you to import email address from CSV/XLS files. Or you could choose to import from Outlook Address Book directly.
Interactive Campaign could then manage the subscription with opt-in emails, or you could generate on-line forms to handle the subscription.
