Email Verifier works on the same algorithm as ISP mail systems do. Addresses for email are extracted from a Domain Naming Server (DNS). Email Verifier tries to connect with SMTP-servers and simulates the sending of a message.

For correct work of the program you need to have access to the port 25. If youre operating within a restrictive firewall then you have to use an external socks proxy server.

Notes:
The average email address lifespan is 3 years. What happens to old addresses? Some ISP add them to filters as spamtrap addresses. Either way, email sent to a spamtrap doesnt bounce.
Its received by someone and considered spam, or sent straight into a blackhole, along with all your messages to that ISP users.
For some domains, such as AOL, Yahoo you cant verify whether the address is good or not.
