   • Combine many email addresses into a single "contact"
   • MAP works with contact names instead of email addresses. This allows the user to search for contacts using real names instead of email addresses
   • Email is displayed in harmless and virus-proof text format. HTML viewing of email opens one to the possibility of virus infection. This feature can be turned off by contact name, or on an individual email basis.
   • Attachment overview allows the user to quickly and easily administer all attachments in an intuitive and highly functional interface.
   • MAP will keep track of "risky" attachments, based on the file's extension. Any "risky" file will require an additional step of inquiry before MAP allows the user to open it.
   • MAP allows you to categorize and search your email via user-defined categories. Each email received or sent can be a member of multiple categories.
   • Handy and intuitive "standard queries" give the user fast access to email received within the past 2, 7 or 30 days, as well as expiration date and/or email status.
   • Increased status flexibility: email is no longer flagged only as "read" or "unread". Mail Archive Pro supports the additional states of "pending", "completed", "wait for reply" and "hold-file". These new states facilitate numerous functions within Mail Archive Pro.
